Service Duration
The private driver service includes 8–10 hours of usage.Additional hours will be charged at IDR 80.000 per hour.

Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The Rest Payment can be made via cash, transfer, or other available methods.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service date.
No-show on the service date will be charged 100%.

Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow safety instructions provided by the driver.
Damage to the vehicle caused by the guest may be charged accordingly.
